近年来,临床上对补体的理解加深,测定血清补体价时的补体冷激活现象(CAC, Cold activation)受到重视.此现象为低温保存血清时补体系统被激活.此外,补体溶血价急速降低的肝疾患、系统性红斑性狼疮以及慢性风湿性关节炎等,也可见到此现象.由此可见,保存血清的补体价的降低并不一定发生在机体中,也可能在体外发生.因此对经保存的血清的补体价测定是有问题的.作者曾报告过乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、枸橼酸盐、肝素等抗凝剂对此现象的抑制作用.本文证明,添加NaCl,提高离子强度,也能阻止血清保存中的CAC作用.其
