随着我国建设规模的不断扩大,经济的快速发展,越来越多工程项目应用混凝土浇筑施工技术,尤其是在工业厂房的建设中。但是值得注意的是,在施工中,大体积混凝土的温度裂缝问题日益突出,已成为一个普遍的问题。温度裂缝作为大体积混凝土的主要问题,涉及的因素很多,建筑材料,设计,建设和管理等。在土木工程中,目前控制温度裂缝的规范还不完善,在实现温度控制工程缺乏理论依据,主要依靠经验。在本文中,以工业厂房混凝土浇筑为研究对象,探讨了混凝土施工技术和温度裂缝控制。
With the continuous expansion of construction scale and the rapid economic development, more and more engineering projects are applying concrete pouring construction technology, especially in the construction of industrial plants. However, it is worth noting that the temperature cracking problem of mass concrete has become increasingly prominent during construction, which has become a common problem. Temperature cracks as a major problem of mass concrete, involves many factors, building materials, design, construction and management. In civil engineering, the current rules for controlling temperature cracks are not yet perfect, and there is no theoretical basis for implementing temperature control projects, mainly depending on experience. In this paper, the industrial concrete pouring is taken as the research object, the concrete construction technology and temperature crack control are discussed.
