本文报告70例临床确诊的椎-基底动脉缺血性疾病应用BAEP进行了长达2个月到3年动态观察并和脑CT对比。提示梗塞组BAEP异常率占26/30例(86.6%)明显高于供血不足组25/40例(62.5%),发病早期检测明显高于晚期检测组,检测结果可直接反映病情演变。而脑CT梗塞组阳性仅11例(36.6%)供血不足组全部阴性。本文认为BAEP不仅有助于椎-基底动脉缺血性疾病早期诊断,而且可用于动态观察病情转归的客观指标。应早期检测,持续动态观察。
This paper reports 70 cases of clinically diagnosed vertebral-basilar ischemic disease using BAEP for up to 2 months to 3 years of dynamic observation and brain CT contrast. The results showed that the abnormal rate of BAEP in infarction group was significantly higher than that in 25/40 cases (62.5%) in 26/30 cases (86.6%). The incidence of early onset was significantly higher than that of late detection group. The detection results could directly reflect the evolution of disease. The brain CT infarction group positive only 11 cases (36.6%) all the negative group of insufficient blood supply. This paper argues that BAEP not only contributes to the early diagnosis of vertebrobasilar ischemic disease, but also can be used to objectively observe the outcome of the disease. Should be early detection, continuous dynamic observation.
