一、病历摘要男,22岁。1982年10月在一次劳动时碰伤右外踝处皮肤,引起感染,经治未愈。12月下旬进食狗肉后,即出现发热、皮疹、腹痛、阴囊肿痛、关节痛、淋巴结肿大,在外院诊为“感染性多形性红斑;急性睾丸炎”经治疗右外踝处伤口愈合,其余症状缓解出院。1984年4月再次食狗肉,次日上述症状复发,于5月18日入我院。入院检查:体温38℃,四肢及躯干皮肤可见散在暗红色结节性形态大小不一的红斑(直经约0.5～3.0cm),压痛明显,压之不褪色。有的结节性红
