学习型企业文化的特征1.学习型企业文化的定义。学习型企业文化是指企业内部所表现的支持员工学习、合作和知识共享的软环境,具体地说就是通过为员工提供一个共同的愿景而使其结成团队,鼓励知识的创新与交流,并最终把企业变革为一个学习型组织。2.学习型企业文化的特征。(1)学习型企业文化的心理基础是信任。这里的信任包括两方面的含义:一是水平层面上的成员之间的相互信任,表现在组织成员之间对于对方的品质和工作能力等充分信赖并愿意互相交流合作;二是垂直层面上的管理者与员工的相互信任,表现为组织过程中的透明度、公开性和鼓励员工参与决策的过程,以及员工对企业高度忠诚,愿意将自己所掌握的知识(尤其是隐性知识)奉献给企业,愿意与企业荣辱与共,共同进退。
