清醒大白鼠ip羊蹄角碱水解提取物1g/kg,血压无明显变化;ip 2g/kg,血压降低30~45%,持续180分钟以上。麻醉犬iv羊蹄角碱水解提取物25mg/kg,血压呈双相反应,短暂升高后逐渐降低,180分钟时基本恢复正常;iv100mg/kg,可使血压明显降低,维持4小时左右逐渐恢复,此种降压作用可被去甲肾上腺素所对抗。羊蹄角和羚羊角碱水解液,水煎液对离体蟾蜍心脏均有抑制作用。羊蹄角碱水解液可使大鼠、犬的心率减慢,在心率恢复时心电R波电压升高,可能与心率减慢、血压降低,反射性引起交感神经兴奋有关。
