采用徐霞修订的身体自尊量表(PSPP)和问卷调查的方法对江西师范大学这一综合性大学的166名学生(体育专业大学生77名、非体育专业大学生89名。男生53名、女生113名。这些学生又分属不同年级,其中大一4人、大二2人、大三79人、大四81人)进行问卷调查。比较被试者在身体自尊方面存在的差异。目的在于探讨体育专业与非体育专业大学生身体自尊的差异关系,为大学生身心健康提供指导和建议。经过分析,发现体育专业大学生与非体育专业大学生在身体自尊方面存在着差异。此外,各年级大学生身体自尊也存在差异。通过对大学生身体自尊的比较,发现体育锻炼对提高大学生身体自尊有积极的影响。并提出了改进的方法和建议。
A total of 166 students (77 majors and 89 non-majors) were enrolled in this comprehensive university with Jiangxi Normal University (PSP) and questionnaire survey. The students also belong to different grades, of which 4 were freshman, sophomore sophomore, 79 senior, senior 81) to conduct a questionnaire survey. Compare subjects’ differences in physical self-esteem. The purpose is to explore the physical self-esteem differences between PE majors and non-majors, and to provide guidance and suggestions for college students’ physical and mental health. After analysis, it is found that there are differences in physical self-esteem among physical education major and non-physical education major. In addition, there is a difference in body self-esteem among college students in all grades. Through the comparison of university students ’physical self-esteem, it finds that physical exercise has a positive impact on improving college students’ self-esteem. And put forward improved methods and suggestions.
