目的全面、准确掌握湖北省居民户碘盐覆盖情况,及时发现问题并采取相应的干预措施。方法 2010年采用分层随机抽样法进行抽样,采用直接滴定法(GB/T13025.7-1999)进行盐碘测定。结果共抽样检测102个县(市、区)的29 715份盐样,合格28 904份,不合格706份,非碘盐105份;全省碘盐覆盖率为99.65%,碘盐合格率为97.27%,合格碘盐食用率为97.11%。结论 2010年湖北省碘盐覆盖情况良好,居民食用合格碘盐达到消除碘缺乏病国家标准。
Objective To comprehensively and accurately grasp the coverage of iodized salt among residents in Hubei Province, find out the problems in time and take corresponding intervention measures. Methods 2010 stratified random sampling method for sampling, using direct titration (GB / T13025.7-1999) salt iodine determination. Results A total of 29 715 salt samples from 102 counties (cities and districts) were sampled and tested, 28 904 samples were passed, 706 were unqualified and 105 were non-iodized salt samples. The iodized salt coverage in the province was 99.65% 97.27%, the qualified iodized salt consumption rate was 97.11%. Conclusion The coverage of iodized salt in Hubei Province was good in 2010, and the residents’ consumption of qualified iodized salt reached the national standard to eliminate iodine deficiency deficiency.
