目的　观察IL 6对急性白血病原代细胞体外生长的作用。方法　应用MTT、CFU L及间接免疫荧光法以IL 6及其与其他细胞因子联合应用对 18例急性白血病患者骨髓细胞的作用进行观察。结果　IL 6体外单独应用对急性白血病原代细胞无明显促增殖及诱导分化作用 ,但与G CSF联合应用则常可抑制原代白血病细胞增殖。结论　IL 6与G CSF联合用于化疗、放疗后的骨髓抑制可能更为安全 Objective To observe the effect of IL 6 on the growth of acute leukemia primary cells in vitro. Methods MTT, CFU L and indirect immunofluorescence were used to observe the effects of IL-6 and other cytokines on the bone marrow cells of 18 patients with acute leukemia. Results IL 6 alone did not significantly promote proliferation and differentiation of acute leukemia primary cells, but combined with G CSF could inhibit the proliferation of primary leukemia cells. Conclusion The combination of IL 6 and G CSF for chemotherapy may be more safe for bone marrow suppression after radiotherapy
