一、炉温均匀性影响工件热处理后的质量热处理炉温度均匀性与热处理后零件质量有着密切关系。例如我厂原有两台RJ-202-9T井式热处理电阻炉,深度为6m,其炉内温度差高达74℃,热处理后的零件质量低劣,淬火后硬度不均匀,故不能用于生产。后来我们对其中的一台进行了多次改造、试验、研究,使炉内温差降到±6℃以下。一年多的生产实践证明,在此台设备中处理的零件质量良好,硬度均匀,淬火后金相组织也较理想。加热温度对气体氮化和高合金钢热处理质量影响更大。加热温度差应在±5~10℃范围内。如Cr12MoV钢在不同温度下加热,
