2012年以来,山湖花园小学启动尝试教研与科研的整合管理模式,学校通过问卷调查了解教师的研究素养,理性分析了教师的发展需求,确定以“研究儿童”为核心,从多方面入手进行了教研科研工作的转型。转型研究内容,开展指向课程能力的儿童研究。在课程实施的起点上,从研究教材转向研究儿童,这正是从传统课程实施向新课程实施的一次转型。转型研究方法,开展基于学情分析的主题研究,通过课前分析研究儿童学习起点,课堂观察捕捉儿童学习状态,课后分析评价儿童的学习结果。
