选取成都平原水稻土为研究对象,通过室内静态培养试验,研究不同添加量的有机物对镉元素有效性的影响。结果表明,淹水条件下,随着时间的延长,不同处理条件下的可提取态Cd含量均逐渐上升,0.5%浓度有机物对镉的高活性态(Ex-Cd)的含量和分配系数有积极影响,使其含量增加,在40天时显著高于另外两个浓度(P<0.05)。1.0%和2.0%浓度对活性态Cd(Ex-Cd、Carb-Cd、Ox-Cd、Org-Cd)有一定抑制作用,浓度越高,作用越明显,在60天时,2.0%处理的土壤中,活性态Cd分配系数显著低于其他处理(P<0.05)。
The paddy soils in Chengdu Plain were chosen as the research object. The indoor static culture experiments were conducted to study the effects of different added organic matter on the availability of cadmium. The results showed that under flooded condition, the extractable Cd content increased gradually with time, and the content and partition coefficient of high-active state (Ex-Cd) of 0.5% organic matter were positive Effect, increasing its content at 40 days was significantly higher than the other two concentrations (P <0.05).
