In many people’s minds, rich and powerful Americans like to engage in large-scale things. In fact, not entirely. Recently, I went to the United States to visit relatives and found that they do the pension institutions are “stingy ”. I visited a “mini” nursing home that only adopted 6 elderly people. At first, I thought it was just a special case. Who knows the owner told me that now the United States, “pocket ” nursing home is quite common. The nursing home is located in Silver Spring, Montgomery County, Maryland, virtually on the outskirts of Washington. Here quiet environment, tree-lined, small nursing home built in towering trees in the forest, very suitable for the elderly convalescence.
