中央彩色电视中心播出区主楼高层建筑部分,箱形基础底板厚1.5m,墙板厚0.6～1.1m,顶板厚0.8m,为大体积钢筋混凝土工程,施工期正处于炎夏雨季,施工中采取了一系列防裂措施,施工后两年内多次检查未发现裂缝,质量优良。现将施工方案及防裂措施介绍如下。一、工程概况本工程播出区主楼面积42642m~2,平面分为A、B、C、D四个自然段,A段为高层建筑27560m~2,地下3层,地上27层,至电梯机房顶113.1m高,至信号塔尖142.07m,建筑物从底至顶总高为154.87m,为筒
The Central Color TV Center broadcasts the high-rise building section of the main building, with a floor thickness of 1.5m in the box foundation, a wall thickness of 0.6-1.1m, and a 0.8m-thick roof plate. This is a large-volume reinforced concrete project. The construction period is in the rainy summer season. A series of anti-cracking measures were conducted, and no cracks were found after several inspections within two years after construction. The quality was excellent. The construction plan and crack prevention measures are described below. I. General situation of the project The area of the main building of the project is 42642m~2. The plane is divided into four natural sections: A, B, C, and D. The section A is a high-rise building with 27560m~2, 3 underground floors, and 27 floors above the ground to the elevator engine room. The top is 113.1m high, and the signal spire is 142.07m. The total height of the building from bottom to top is 154.87m.
