Say news is different from propaganda, it seems that “get rid of” suspicion; that is propaganda, but very few people make good use of it. For example, last year’s wind buying it, Hefei City even the end of August that is the “third wave”, and a wave after wave. The masses would like to know what exactly are the commodities going up and when they go up? The newspapers are silent. So “rumor” replaced the “red head file”, more and more wide. To the point where you can not clean up, and then do it every time “explanation”, who believe? To tell you the truth, now the information explosion, I have a lot of things rare. However, two sentences in the 13 major documents, I melt in the blood, that is, “major events let the people know, major issues discussed by the people.” It is impossible for one billion Chinese to all go to Beidaihe to discuss state affairs, and only hope for those “people’s representatives.” But what is the previous sentence? The price adjustment (especially the price adjustment of necessities of life) is not a “major event”? Should “let the people know”?
