Self-reflection is a comprehensive investigation, analysis, and thinking from a multi-angle, multi-level problem-solving thinking process, so as to deepen the understanding of the problem, optimize the thinking process, reveal the nature of the problem, explore the general laws, and communicate the interrelatedness of knowledge. Promote the assimilation and migration of knowledge. Self-reflection is an important foundation for the professional development of teachers and an indispensable ability for teachers to sum up teaching practice activities. The improvement of teachers’ teaching ability depends more on practical knowledge. The acquisition and sublimation of such knowledge can only rely on teachers’ reflection on teaching practice. Teachers should teach middle school and teach in school. Reflections before teaching can strengthen the teaching’s proactive vision; reflections in teaching can improve teaching supervision.
