综述了钼及钼合金在电阻焊、钨极氩弧焊、激光焊、电子束焊及搅拌摩擦焊方面国内外的研究现状。电阻焊主要用于焊接钼丝;激光焊能解决电阻焊很难解决的问题,适合焊接精细的电真空器件;电子束焊接能量密度极高,熔深大、焊缝窄、热影响区小、焊接工艺参数容易精确控制、重复性和稳定性好,它不仅能够焊接精密结构件,而且能焊接大厚度的钼及钼合金,是比较理想的方法;搅拌摩擦焊作为固相连接技术也有其独特的优势,是今后研究方向。
