由江西冶金学院与广东省矿山通用机械厂共同研制的PEG250负悬挂腭式破碎机,经广州市沙河京溪西牛角采石场工业试验,去年在韶关市通过了省级鉴定。与会代表认为:PEG250负悬挂腭式破碎机与原PE250比较,具有体积小,重量轻(减轻20％),噪音小,产量高(提高20％),能耗少(节能10.5％),齿板寿命长(寿命延长50％),产品粒度均匀。主要性能指标达到和超过机械部标准JB1388—83的要求。尤其是主轴装置的负悬挂,在国内是第一次尝试,获得了成功。可以批量生产。
Developed jointly by Jiangxi Metallurgical Institute and General Machinery Plant of Guangdong Mining Machinery, PEG250 negative hanging palate crusher has passed the provincial appraisal in Shaoguan City last year after its industrial test in West Quetzig, Quarry Creek, Shahe, Guangzhou.
