以黄熟期麦秸和无烟煤为对象,利用单因素和三因素四水平正交设计试验方法,研究不同碱化剂质量分数、热处理时间以及固液质量配比对麦秸型煤力学强度的影响。结果表明:随着碱化剂质量分数的增加、热处理时间的延长和固液配比的升高,麦秸型煤的抗压强度和跌落强度均呈先升高后降低的趋势。正交试验发现影响麦秸型煤样品粘结性的主要因素为碱化剂质量分数,其次为热处理时间和固液配比,且在碱化处理过程中不同影响因素之间存在较强交互作用。麦秸型煤碱化处理的最优工艺为:碱化剂质量分数2%,热处理时间1.5h,固液配比1∶25。
The effects of different alkalizing agent, heat treatment time and the ratio of solid to liquid on the mechanical strength of wheat straw briquette were studied by using single factor and three factors and four levels orthogonal experimental design. The results showed that compressive strength and drop strength of wheat-briquette coal first increased and then decreased with the increase of alkalizing agent mass fraction, heat treatment time and solid-liquid ratio. Orthogonal test found that the main factors that affect the cohesiveness of wheat briquette samples were alkalizer mass fraction, followed by heat treatment time and solid-liquid ratio, and there was a strong interaction between different influencing factors during the alkalization process. The optimal technology for alkalizing wheat straw briquette is as follows: alkalizing agent mass fraction 2%, heat treatment time 1.5h, ratio of solid to liquid 1:25.
