锯切设备作业自动化是提高饰面石材生产效率、改善产品质量,节约原材料、动力和劳力的条件之一。由于设计工作已在全俄建筑材料自动化专业设计院完成,控制薄板锯机进给速度的具有自动化装置的样机业已制成,并在康多波日斯克石材加工厂进行了生产试验。按照主传动装置所需功率调节锯机进给速度的原理,是建立在自动化的基础上的。设备可以通过间接方法按水平分力大小来调节锯切时的垂直分力。该装置由下列部件组成(图)控制部件12,传送部件18,给定部件7和执行机构1。控制部件12根据给定部件7发出并由传送部件18传来的信号形成对执行机构1的控制信号。
The automation of sawing equipment is one of the conditions for improving the production efficiency of facing stone, improving product quality, and saving raw materials, power and labor. As the design work has been completed at the All-Russian Construction Materials Automation Design Institute, a prototype with automated devices to control the feed rate of the thin-plate saw has been produced and production tests have been conducted at the stone processing plant in Kantópolsk. The principle of adjusting the feed speed of the saw in accordance with the required power of the main drive is based on automation. The device can adjust the vertical component force when sawing by the indirect method according to the horizontal force component. The device consists of the following components: a control unit 12, a transport unit 18, a given unit 7, and an actuator 1. The control unit 12 forms a control signal for the actuator 1 based on the signal sent by the given unit 7 and transmitted by the transmission unit 18 .
