Appropriate examination is to identify the possible pathophysiology of stroke and choose the appropriate treatment to prevent recurrence of the key. Contrast-enhanced CT scans of the head appear 2 to 3 weeks after stroke, with MRI starting at 6 days and reaching its peak at 7 to 30 days. In the first few days after stroke, augmentation should not occur but tumors or abscesses may occur. MRI is reviewed after 6 weeks. The enhancement of stroke should disappear. CT or MRI scans distinguish hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes and infarctions. CT distinguishes between hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes in the first 3 days after stroke, whereas MRI does not. Within 5 days of rupture of the aneurysm, CT showed subarachnoid hemorrhage with a sensitivity of 90%. MRI examination 24h after ischemic stroke
