本文提出了导数三波长光度法同时测定NO_2~-和NO_3~-显色化合物的新方法,并利用自编程序完成测定,操作简单快速。该法直接测定NO_2~-和NO_3~-与间苯二酚在浓H_2SO_4介质中生成的有色产物,它们均在0~14μg/10ml范围内服从比耳定律,其表观摩尔吸收系数△εNO_3~-为8.28×10~2L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)和△εNO_2~-为3.85×10~3L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。应用该法对市售熟牛肉和午餐肉进行了分析,获得满意结果。
In this paper, a new method for simultaneous determination of NO 2 - and NO 3 - chromogenic compounds by derivative three-wavelength spectrophotometry is proposed. The determination is done by self-programmed procedure, which is simple and fast. The method directly determines the colored products of NO_2 ~ - and NO_3 ~ - with resorcinol in concentrated H_2SO_4 medium. All of them are in the range of 0 ~ 14μg / 10ml. Beer ’s law is obeyed. The apparent molar absorptivity △ εNO_3 ~ - 8.28 × 10 ~ 2L · mol -1 · cm -1 and △ εNO_2 ~ -3.85 × 10 -3L · mol -1 · cm -1. Application of the law on the market cooked beef and luncheon meat were analyzed to obtain satisfactory results.
