一、改进过程概述锥形轴套(见图)是轧钢机油膜轴承系统中两大零件之一,材料为40CrSi,零件要求有一定的强度、耐磨性及组织均匀性。文化大革命前,我国油膜轴承依赖进口,国内很少制造。我厂亦只是单件小批生产。由于受数量的限制,没有采用专用的工艺装备,只是用自由锻的方法在三千吨水压机上用11吨钢锭锻成6.55吨的锻件。由于锻成环形零件,所以外圆和内孔的加工余量很大,既耗费了钢材又增加了冷加工的工作量。随着国民经济的发展,国家对油膜轴承的需要量越来越大,锥形轴套锻件数量也相应增加,如仍按旧工艺生产是远远满足不了要求

Because of the number of restrictions, did not use a dedicated process equipment, but by free-forging method on a 3,000-ton hydraulic press with 11 tons of steel forging into 6.55 tons of forgings. Due to the forging of the ring parts, so the machining allowance of the outer circle and the inner circle is very large, which not only consumes the steel but also increases the workload of the cold working. With the development of the national economy, the national demand for oil film bearings is increasing, the number of tapered bushings forgings also increased accordingly, such as still according to the old process is far from meeting the requirements
