建立了共振光散射法测定马丙共聚物的新方法。在B-R缓冲溶液中,罗丹明B与马丙共聚物结合形成离子缔合物并产生强烈共振光散射增强效应,其最大散射峰位于372 nm。研究了pH、罗丹明B浓度、反应时间和温度对散射峰的影响,结果表明在pH1.5~2.0的B-R缓冲体系中,1.0×10-3 mol/L罗丹明B用量为1.5 mL时,马丙共聚物浓度在0.04~1.2 mg/L范围内与散射峰强度有良好的线性关系,方法检出限为0.015 mg/L,测定了样品中马丙共聚物的含量。
A new method for the determination of malypropylene copolymer by resonance light scattering was established. In B-R buffer solution, Rhodamine B combined with horse-propylene copolymer to form ion-association complex and produce strong resonance light scattering enhancement effect with the maximum scattering peak located at 372 nm. The effects of pH, rhodamine B concentration, reaction time and temperature on the scattering peak were investigated. The results showed that when 1.0 × 10-3 mol / L rhodamine B was used in 1.5 mL BR buffer at pH 1.5-2.0, The linear relationship between the concentration of malvid copolymer and the intensity of the scattering peak in the range of 0.04-1.2 mg / L was obtained. The detection limit was 0.015 mg / L. The content of the malypropylene copolymer in the sample was measured.
