新型预融型活性橡胶是一种由胶粉、活性矿物、沥青及其他改性剂复合而成的一种新型沥青添加剂,为确定活性橡胶改性沥青混合料的拌和工艺,本文通过添加剂的掺入方式、混合料的拌和时间及添加剂的掺量3个方面对SBS改性沥青性能的影响进行研究,并结合实体工程对拌和工艺进行验证,研究结果表明:相对湿法掺入的方式,活性橡胶采用干法掺入的方式时,沥青混合料具有较低的空隙率,但是两者力学性能相近;当拌和时间为30s时,活性橡胶颗粒能均匀裹覆于集料,并且随着拌和时间的增加,外观已无明显区别;当拌和时间为60s与90s时的混合料空隙率基本相同,约为4.0%,达到最佳空隙率要求;湿法掺入时,胶结料粘度较大,SBS改性沥青+20%活性橡胶的135℃黏度达到14.9Pa·s,SBS改性沥青+30%活性橡胶的135℃黏度达到59.6Pa·s;施工和易性较差,而采用干法掺入时,能够获得较好的施工和易性,试验路实施结果表明室内确定的拌和工艺能够满足施工和易性要求。
