在温度20±1℃和盐度22─24‰条件下,对海蜇螅状幼体和碟状幼体进行了窒息点和耗氧量的初步测定。结果表明:螅状幼体的窒息点低于0.10mg·L,直径3.4─10.2mm碟状幼体的窒息点为0.17─0.20mg·L。螅状幼体的个体耗氧量为2.93μg·d,耗氧率为2.66mg·g·h(干重):直径3.4、4.6和10.2mm碟状幼体的个体耗氧量分别为4.77、25.41和79.45μg·d,耗氧率分别为4.97、2.46和1.12mg·g·h(干重)。
Under the condition of temperature of 20 ± 1 ℃ and salinity of 22 24 ‰, the suffocating points and oxygen consumption of juvenile and plateau larvae of jellyfish were determined. The results showed that the asphyxiation point of the juvenile larvae was less than 0.10 mg · L, and that of the juvenile larvae with the diameter of 3.4─10.2 mm was 0.17─0.20 mg · L. The individual oxygen consumption was 2.93μg · d and the oxygen consumption rate was 2.66mg · g · h (dry weight): the individual oxygen consumption of 3.4,4.6 and 10.2mm plateau larvae 4.77, 25.41 and 79.45 μg · d respectively, and oxygen consumption rates were 4.97, 2.46 and 1.12 mg · g · h (dry weight) respectively.
