用CB—HRP逆行标记法,观察雄性沙土鼠青年组(3个月)与老年组(36个月)舌下神经核运动神经元标记情况,结果青年组细胞标记数为970.5±91.74,老年组为613.88±32.38,老年组细胞数量较青年组减少,P<0.05有显著差异,但舌下神经核团形态变化不大,舌的运动功能改变不明显.
The CB-HRP retrograde labeling method was used to observe the labeling of motor neurons in the hypoglossal nucleus of young male gerbils (3 months) and old group (36 months). The results showed that the number of labeled cells in the youth group was 970.5 ± 91. 74, the elderly group was 613.88 ± 32.38. The number of cells in the elderly group decreased compared with that in the young group (P <0.05), but there was no obvious change in the morphology of the hypoglossal nucleus and no significant changes in the motor function of the tongue.
