本文以P-NPP为底物,应用超微细胞化学方法显示Na~+-K~+-ATP酶在血管纹和Corti器中的分布。血管纹边缘细胞基底部胞膜皱折处,外毛细胞静纤毛、表皮板游离面呈强阳性反应,毛细胞胞膜上呈线状排列,反应产物中等。内毛细胞较外毛细胞反应为弱。血管纹中间细胞和基底细胞、Corti器中各种支持细胞均未见反应产物。结果表明耳蜗Na~+-K~+-ATP酶的分布与其生理功能密切相关。
In this paper, the distribution of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase in vascular pattern and Corti by using P-NPP as substrate, the ultrastructural cytochemistry was used. The striated edge of basal cell membrane wrinkles, the outer hair cells cilia, the free surface of the epidermis showed a strong positive reaction, the hair cell membrane linear arrangement of reaction products. The inner hair cells react more weakly than the outer hair cells. Vascular stromal cells and basal cells, Corti device in a variety of supporting cells did not see the reaction product. The results show that the distribution of Na ~ + -K ~ + -ATPase in cochlea is closely related to its physiological function.
