我曾在1991年的《班主任》杂志上发表《解放班主任》一文。10年过去了,一直有人对我说“无法解放”,理由是“学校领导不愿‘解放’我们”。这实在是对“解放班主任”的一种误解。我所提倡的“解放班主任”并不是针对学校领导的“争自由,求解放”,而是班主任在民主和科学教育思想指导下的“自我解放”。这里的“自我解放”主要应该体现在两个方面,即改进方
I published “Liberation Class Director” in the 1991 “Class Director” magazine. Ten years have passed and people have been saying to me “unable to liberate.” The reason is that “school leaders are not willing to ”liberate“ us.” This is really a misunderstanding of the “liberty teacher”. The “liberty teacher” advocated by me is not aimed at the “leadership for freedom and solution” of school leaders, but is the “self-liberation” of the head teacher under the guidance of democratic and scientific education ideas.
