神经性头痛,据其症状特点,遵《内经》“诸风掉眩,皆属于肝”的原则,偏重治肝,以加减川楝子汤治疗32例,取得一定效果。其中显效19例,有效11例,无效2例(服药2～10剂,平均5剂,头痛消失,随访一年未复发为显效;头痛减轻,随访一年不需用药为有效;头痛改变不明显为无效)。加减川楝子汤方药:川楝子12～15克,捣碎,白芍15克,菊花12～15克,钩藤15克,生牡蛎30～60克,水煎服。
