文章旨在通过方向余弦及矢量相乘的空间坐标变换理论对摇臂机构进行建模,对双摇臂机构进行运动分析,建立空间数学模型;考虑车辆的真实行驶状况引入加权函数,转向轮理论转角和实际转角差值的平方和较小为目标进行设计;使用公司车辆进行实车改进设计对此设计方法进行验证,验证结果表明该方法可行且高效。
This paper aims to model the rocker arm mechanism by the direction cosine and vector multiplication space coordinate transformation theory, analyze the motion of the double rocker arm mechanism and establish the mathematical model of the space. Considering the real driving conditions of the vehicle, the weighting function, steering wheel theory The sum of the square of the difference between the rotation angle and the actual rotation angle is smaller, and the design of this design method is verified by using the company’s vehicle for the actual vehicle design. The verification results show that the method is feasible and efficient.
