众所周知,食物最好是生吃,这样不至于让有关的营养素白白流失或是遭到破坏。但是,以熟食为习惯的人们一般消化不了生的食物。千百年来,形成了煮、炒、炸、烤、蒸、焖等丰富多彩的烹调法,在厨师的千变万化之中,一种食物能制成花样繁多的品种。烹调方法是饮食文化的核心和精华。
As we all know, it is best to eat raw food so that the nutrients concerned are not lost or destroyed in vain. However, people who use cooked food generally can not digest raw food. For thousands of years, there has been a rich and varied cooking method including cooking, frying, frying, baking, stewing and braising.
