知识和能力到底是什么关系呢?知识应是基础,能力是在知识的基础上形成的,又反过来促进对知识的获取。离开知识去谈能力,能力就成了无源之水,无本之木。从人的认知过程来说,首先是获取知识,贮存知识,然后才是将知识在必要时提取应用,在不断应用中形成能力。因此,知识和能力不能截然分开。教师在教学中必须摆正传授知识和培养能力的关系。正确的做法是在传授知识的基础上重视培养能力。可是随着国外新的教育思想的输入,现在似乎只提培养能力,少提或不提传授知识,这也是一种片面性。教师的职责首先是传授知识。教师必须从学生实际出发,根据教学大纲的要求,对学生传授一定量的
