影响一台电弧炉耐火材料磨损的原因之一是高温,尤其是耐火材料在熔化的最后阶段所承受的快速的温度变化。为了避免耐火材料过分的磨损,通过在炉墙和炉壳安置温度探测器所提供的资料有助于控制炉子的输入功率。为此,本文将评述研究或测量用的几种不同的温度探测器构造和型式。对于电弧炉来说,探测器作为控制输入功率的一种操作工具的应用,本文也将给予讨论。
One of the factors that affect the wear of an arc furnace refractory is the high temperatures, especially the rapid temperature changes that the refractory undergoes during the final stages of melting. To avoid excessive wear of refractory materials, the information provided by placing temperature probes in the furnace walls and furnace shell helps to control the furnace’s input power. To this end, this article reviews several different temperature probe configurations and patterns for research or measurement. The use of detectors as an operating tool for controlling input power for an electric arc furnace will also be discussed herein.
