初当老师之时:努力展现自己的知识面,把知识点讲透记得初当老师时,恨不得把自己所学的知识一股脑儿倒给学生,用意有二:一是想让学生多了解点具体知识,理解并掌握相关的知识点,加深学生对所学内容的印象;二是想在学生面前显示自己的学问,引起学生的注意,由此而生发敬佩之情。基于这样的认识,新课上我滔滔不绝、复习课絮絮叨叨,弄得自己疲惫不堪,学生却昏昏欲睡,脑袋里一团糨糊。几年探索之后:注重教学环节的设计,想套住学生走为了改变课堂上学生默不作声、自己说得太多的不理想的教学状态,
When I first became a teacher: I tried hard to show my knowledge, I was able to explain my knowledge. When I remember when I was a teacher, I wished I would pour the knowledge I had learned into the students. There are two intentions: First, I want students to know more about the specifics. Knowledge, understanding and mastering relevant knowledge points, deepen students’ impressions of what they have learned; Second, they want to display their knowledge in front of students, arouse the attention of students, and thus arouse admiration. Based on this understanding, in the new class, I was full of enthusiasm, review class ridicule, made myself exhausted, students are lethargic, a pack of head in the head. After a few years of exploration: focus on the design of the teaching link, and try to cover students in order to change the unsatisfactory teaching state in which the students keep silent and speak too much.
