语文课程是工具性与人文性的统一,其工具性是源于语文的交际功能,而其人文性是因为语文是人类文化的组成部分。语文是与人类生活紧密相连的,是与人类的社会历史与文化紧密相连的,是与人类具体的生命活动紧密相连的。人们常说的文以载道,正是由于语文的这一特点吧。因此语文教育不仅是一种特殊的语文实践活动,也是一种最为直接的德育实践活动。
The Chinese curriculum is a unity of instrumentality and humanism. Its instrumentality is derived from the communicative function of Chinese language, and its humanism is because Chinese language is an integral part of human culture.
