辽宁省抚顺市实验中学教师周中棠,在抚顺市教育科研所王旭明同志的协助下,经过六年的摸索,总结出了“为进而退、退中悟理、执理而进”数学教学新方法。去年,荣获全国《中学数学实验教材》基金会颁发的实验教学一等奖。周中棠把学习新知识、解决新问题叫作“进”。“为进而退”指的是:学生一般在学习新知识时,由于知识和思维准备不够,潜力不能充分挖掘出来,学习处于被动地位。这时,教师要根据知识间的内在联系和学生认识的实际水平,引导学生对学习掌握新知识的可能渠道进行探源,将新知识沿着这些渠道还
