面对具有革命性意义的新一轮基础教育课程改革,县级教育行政当如何作为?是按部就班跟着感觉走,还是富于理性和激情地主动出击?从我省首批启动课改的巴州区,到第二批进入的东坡区、宜宾县,再到第三批跟进的长宁县,无论川东川西,抑或川南农村,新课改已然铿锵起行。惊喜于课改新理念强劲渗透于农村偏远之地,摇撼着传统教育顽固的劣质根基,培育着现代教育的崭新花蕾,我们有理由坚信:一场昭示农村教育力行本真、全面落实素质教育的新课改,势必以全新的教育力量催进生命茁壮的现代教育优化路线。
