利用三元络合物光度法测定V已有报导。而V(Ⅳ)—邻苯三酚红(PR)—溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)光度法迄今未见报导。我们发现在抗坏血酸存在下,在pH4.5的乙酸—乙酸铵介质中,V(Ⅳ)与PR和CTMAB形成2:3:3络合物。λ_(max)=670nm,△λ=150nm,ε_(670nm)=2.4×10~4。络合物一经形成,加入3ml 6N硫酸,200mg氟化钾、酒石酸或苦干三乙醇胺和乳酸均不被破坏,Fe、Al等多种离子则被掩蔽,可直接测定低合金钢和矿石中V。方法简便、快速和准确。
The use of ternary complex photometry for the determination of V has been reported. The V (Ⅳ) - pyrogallol red (PR) - cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTMAB) photometric method has not been reported so far. We found that V (IV) forms a 2: 3: 3 complex with PR and CTMAB in acetic acid-ammonium acetate media at pH 4.5 in the presence of ascorbic acid. λ max = 670 nm, Δλ = 150 nm, and ε_ (670 nm) = 2.4 × 10 -4. Once the complex is formed, adding 3ml of 6N sulfuric acid, 200mg of potassium fluoride, tartaric acid or bitter triethanolamine and lactic acid are not damaged, and various ions such as Fe and Al are masked, and the V . The method is simple, fast and accurate.
