研究了在氢存在下用一氧化碳和甲醇使丙烯腈氢化酯化。该反应是在碱助催化剂的新型钴催化体系中进行,并给出很高的3-氰基丙酸甲酯或2-氰基丙酸甲酯的产率。适当地选择碱助催化剂和工艺条件能够显著改变这两种异构体的相对分布。
The esterification of acrylonitrile by hydrogenation with carbon monoxide and methanol in the presence of hydrogen was studied. The reaction is carried out in a novel cobalt catalyst system for base cocatalysts and gives very high yields of methyl 3-cyanopropionate or methyl 2-cyanopropionate. Proper selection of the alkali promoter and process conditions can significantly alter the relative distribution of these two isomers.
