为提高肝囊肿穿刺治疗的成功率,作者将60例肝囊肿穿刺治疗分析如下。1 临床资料我院超声室1994年3月～1998年5月采用超声导向经皮穿刺肝囊肿酒精硬化治疗60例的68个肝囊肿,近期均有效。随诊1年～4年的30例的30个肝囊肿的远期疗效十分满意,特别是21例单发性肝囊肿全部有显著疗效,有效率100%,其20例(95.2%)完全消失。2 讨论2.1 穿刺针的选择许多医院肝囊肿治疗性穿刺一般选用18～200针(外径1.2mm～0.9mm)。作者对60例肝囊肿中45例中等大小囊肿(直径40mm～100mm)穿刺治疗的统计表明:
In order to improve the success rate of hepatic cyst puncture, the authors analyzed 60 puncture of liver cysts as follows. 1 Clinical data Hospital in our hospital from March 1994 to May 1998 ultrasound guided percutaneous hepatic cyst alcoholic sclerosis treatment of 60 cases of 68 liver cysts, are effective in the near future.
