随着我国电力体制改革进一步深化,电力企业市场竞争日趋激烈。边远山区电力企业如何摆脱人力资源匮乏、人才引进困难、人力管理手段落后等问题,事关企业做大做强之根本。本文以陕西地方电力集团商洛供电分公司人力资源现状及存在的实际问题为例,就如何提升边远山区电力企业人力资源管理水平和加快人才队伍建设进行分析,并提出了一些建议。
With the further deepening of China’s power system reform, the market competition in the power enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. Outlying mountain power enterprises how to get rid of lack of human resources, the introduction of qualified personnel difficulties, the lack of manpower management tools and other issues related to business bigger and stronger the fundamental. This paper takes the current situation and existing problems of human resources in Shangluo Power Supply Branch of Shaanxi Local Power Group as an example to analyze how to improve the level of human resource management and speed up the construction of qualified personnel in power enterprises in remote mountainous areas and puts forward some suggestions.
