珊瑚菜(Glehnia littoralis)为伞形科珊瑚菜属的1～2年生的草本植物,其根为著名药材北沙参,有清肺、养阴止嗽之功效。染色体是决定生物个体性状的基因的载体,而作为中药材质量标志的有效成份是受基因控制的,因此要提高中药材质量,细胞分类学的研究是必不可少的。本文对珊瑚菜的体细胞染色体进行了计数,旨在为选种及提高北沙参的产量和质量提供细胞学资料。
Glehnia littoralis is a 1-2 year-old herbaceous plant of the genus Umbellifera. Its root is the famous medicinal herb, North Adenophora, which has the functions of clearing the lungs and nourishing yin. Chromosomes are the carriers of the genes that determine the traits of individual organisms, and the active ingredients of the quality markers of Chinese herbal medicines are controlled by genes. Therefore, to improve the quality of Chinese herbal medicines, the study of cell taxonomy is essential. In this paper, the somatic cell chromosomes of coral vegetables were counted to provide cytological data for the selection and improvement of the yield and quality of the northern sea cucumber.
