目的:筛选元宝草提取物抗抑郁活性部位并初步了解其抗抑郁作用机制。方法:将元宝草提取物萃取分为5个不同的部位,应用4个抗抑郁药理模型筛选抗抑郁活性部位。结果:0804各剂量组均可以增加大鼠成功逃避次数,减少悬尾小鼠不动时间;0805中、小剂量组可以抑制利血平引起的小鼠体温降低;0801、0802、0805各剂量组,均可以显著抑制阿朴吗啡所致的小鼠体温降低。结论:元宝草提取物正丁醇萃取部分和水层部分均显示有较好的抗抑郁作用,初步机理探索提示元宝草提取物抗抑郁作用与去甲肾上腺素(NA)和多巴胺(DA)受体关系密切。
Objective: To screen the active site of anti-depressant in the extract of Yuanbao and to understand its antidepressant mechanism. Methods: The extract of the extract was divided into five different parts, and four antidepressant pharmacological models were used to screen the antidepressant active sites.
