直浇道除渣的可能性一直是一个不清楚的有争议的问题.本文在综述浇注系统除渣的概念及其基本原理的基础上,通过理论计算。水模拟实验以及浇注铸铁试样时人为向液流加入石英砂,观察试样进砂情况,从而分析了渐扩形直浇道中渣粒悬浮的稳定性、惯性力以及浇注铸铁试样时直浇道的实际除渣能力.证明直浇道除渣是可行的.归纳出根据铸件对进入渣粒粒径的限制而设计直浇道各部分尺寸的方法与数据.本文还对直浇道的吸气,阻流及直浇道的形状等进行了一定的分析.
The possibility of slag removal from the sprue has been an unclear controversial issue. This article summarizes the concept of slag removal in the gating system and its basic principles, and it is calculated theoretically.
