目的:探讨基层实验室快速检测断肠草钩吻碱的方法,为应对断肠草中毒事件提供快速、简便、准确、实用的技术。方法:根据钩吻碱具有碱性的特点,用5%氢氧化钠浸泡,再用超声波提取,然后用三氯甲烷萃取。提取物用传统化学显色法进行初步鉴定,再将样品浓缩液点样于荧光254 nm硅胶薄层板上,展开后置于荧光灯下观察钩吻碱的展开情况。结果:模拟断肠草引起的食物中毒方式(植株用米酒浸泡30 d;嫩叶和花朵用开水浸泡;将植株置于砂锅中小火煲水),对样品分别取一定量的浸泡液和残渣按照最佳实验条件进行提取鉴定。结果表明样品与标准品Rf值一致(Rf=0.60,25℃),可鉴别样品中含有的钩吻碱。结论:该法在食物中毒快速鉴定过程中实用、可靠,可供基层实验室参考。
Objective: To explore the method of rapid detection of gigasine in grass-roots laboratories, and to provide fast, simple, accurate and practical techniques to deal with the poisoning of gut.
