采用两维、三维超声成像技术对27例膀胱肿瘤病人进行观察,分别获取了不同切面膀胱肿瘤的两维及三维图像,并与术中所见进行对照。结果表明:三维图像与术中所见一致,图像清晰、直观、立体感强,除能获得与两维超声相似的结构断面外,还能显示两维超声所无法看到的肿瘤整体观,并可确定病变的空间位置、形态及病变范围,弥补两维超声的不足。
Twenty-seven cases of bladder cancer were observed by two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound imaging. The two-dimensional and three-dimensional images of bladder tumor with different sections were obtained respectively and compared with the findings in operation. The results show that the three-dimensional image is consistent with the intraoperative findings, the image is clear, intuitive and strong in three-dimension. In addition to the structural cross section similar to two-dimensional ultrasound, the three-dimensional image can also show the overall view of the tumor that can not be seen by two- Can determine the spatial location of the lesion, morphology and extent of lesions, to make up for the lack of two-dimensional ultrasound.
