现在汽车越来越多,各种车型蓬勃发展,为了确保乘车人身安全,尽可能的减少汽车的自重,降低燃油的消耗,减少汽车废气的排放,未来汽车发展的方向就是汽车轻量化,采用轻质的材料和加工工艺。由于铝合金、镁合金熔点低、密度小,采用传统的焊接加工方法,易烧穿、变形大、焊接质量得不到保证,所以采用电弧集中、焊后变形小、保护效果好、成形美观、焊接质量好的钨极氩弧焊(TIG焊),根据我多年的焊接经验,浅谈钨极氩弧焊的焊接技术及其在汽车维修中的应用。
