制订校长专业标准对于校长的选拔和管理、促进校长的专业发展具有重要意义。本文首先介绍了英国中小学校长专业标准,在此基础上,结合深度访谈和座谈会中收集到的资料,提出我国校长专业标准的内容框架以及我国制订校长专业标准所应把握的原则。本研究明确了校长应承担的六个角色,包括教育教学的领导者、学校发展的引领者、学校组织的管理者、教师专业发展的促进者、教育研究的领衔者、以及学校发展的公关者,并就每一个角色提出了校长所应具备的理念、知识、能力、个人品性、以及行为表现等五个方面的素质。
The formulation of professional standards for principals is of great significance to the selection and management of principals and the promotion of their professional development. This paper first introduces the professional standards of UK primary and secondary school principals. Based on this, combined with the in-depth interviews and the materials collected in the symposium, the author puts forward the content framework of the professional standards of principals in our country and the principles that should be grasped by our country in formulating professional standards for school principals. This study identifies the six roles principals should undertake, including leaders in education and teaching, leaders in school development, managers in school organizations, facilitators in teacher professional development, leaders in education and research, and public relations developers in schools , And put forward the qualities of principals in five aspects: concept, knowledge, ability, personal character and behavior performance.
