钟罩式气体流量标准装置是一种广泛运用的气体流量标准装置,且具有很高的精度。目前有2种主要检定方法,分别为几何尺寸法和静态容积法,但两种方法得出的数据往往有差异,分析认为是计算过程中未考虑湿度影响从而导致这一现象。文章提出了湿度在静态容积法的修正模型,发现其更符合几何尺寸法的模型数据,所以建议在以后的使用静态容积法检定钟罩式气体流量标准装置时考虑湿度因素。
Bell-type gas flow standard device is a widely used gas flow standard device, and with high accuracy. There are currently two main test methods, namely the geometric size method and the static volume method, but the data obtained by the two methods are often different, the analysis that is not accounted for in the calculation of the impact of humidity resulting in this phenomenon. In this paper, a modified model of humidity in the static volumetric method is proposed, and it is found that it is more in line with the geometric data of the geometric size method. Therefore, it is recommended to consider the humidity factor in the future when calibrating bell-type gas flow standard devices by static volumetric method.
